We produce newsletters about three times a year.
Our newsletters are intended to alert members to current issues and developments in the law. We notify members by email when we produce a newsletter, so they can login to our members pages and read the newsletter. (We also have a series of brief News items in our public pages.)
We keep newsletters in our members' pages for a year or so, after which issues which are of permanent interest will be reflected in our online guide, Managing Private Roads and Estates, which is regularly updated.
Recent newsletters are summarised in our Members' pages. (The newsletters themselves consist of pdf files, which can be downloaded by members when they are logged in, subject to the copyright restrictions set out in our Terms and Conditions.)
