PRS is a small organisation, and our telephone isn't manned full time. We don't want people to have to wait hours or days for a response to a telephone message or an email, so we put as much information as we can on this website, thus making it instantly available at all times. The information on this website - including in particular our FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) page and our Terms and Conditions - almost certainly provides the answer to your question. PLEASE READ IT!
If you've read this information, but haven't found the answer, you're welcome to contact us. You can write to us at:
Private Roads Services Ltd
(Please don't send letters by recorded delivery. If there is no-one here to sign for the letter, we probably won't have time to collect it from the sorting office.)
Better still, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you prefer, you can use the form in the panel to below to email us: just fill in the details and click on the button at the end.
Alternatively, you can telephone us on 01865 52 2468 and leave a message (please include your email address).
You can now also call us FREE at our Skype address - "privateroads". If your computer doesn't already have Skype, you can download it free from www.skype.com.
We will be in touch as soon as we can if we're able to help. A lack of response means that we regret we can't help - please accept our apologies - or that you already have the information you have asked for. In our experience, the latter is true in very many cases: the answers to most questions are already available on this website.
P. S. Please don't forget our "one contact only" rule (para. 5 of our Terms and Conditions). If your association/company is already a member of PRS, or uses our insurance scheme, we're happy to respond to queries from your agreed contact, but we can't reply to emails, calls or letters from anyone else. In relation to requests for a change of contact, please see here; and see also our FAQs page.
Where are we
We are near Bicester, about 8 miles from J9 on the M40. So for the purposes of meetings, hearings and other events we are in reach of London and the South East, as well as the Midlands.
